Returns:
Returned merchandise must be accompanied with invoice copy and will be credited to your account. No returns or allowances for items purchased over 30 days prior to return. There will be a 10% charge for restocking. No returns on special orders. There will be a 10% cutting fee on returns for any material that has been cut in addition to the 10% restocking fee.

Pricing:
Title of goods does not pass until goods are paid in full. Prices are subject to change without notice per market fluctuations. All guarantees, warranties, etc. are handled through their respective manufacturers.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal/business checks and cash. Our website only accepts major credit cards and debit cards.

Miscellaneous Charges:
Delinquent open accounts are charged 18% APR or 1.5% a month on the outstanding balance and subject to C.O.D. status without notice after 40 days past due. There will be a $25.00 charge on returned checks plus all legal fees and other costs. No additional credit will be allowed on delinquent accounts.

• Net 30 on approved accounts
• Meade Distributing accepts checks, C.O.D., MasterCard, and Visa
• 1-1/2% monthly service charge will be added to all past due accounts
• All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge

ORDERING INFORMATION
• All orders called in complete by 10:00 AM (EST) will be processed for same day shipment.
• We will not backorder — please reorder.
• Meade Distributing is not responsible for late shipments.
• Special order items shipping direct from the manufacturer are subject to manufacturer’s
freight charges. Special orders and weekly stock orders are considered two individual
orders. Must meet prepaid minimums to ship prepaid. Special order items (nonstocks) cannot
be returned. Special order sales are final.

CANCELLATION OR DELETION OF PROCESSED ORDERS
• A 15% handling charge will be levied on all orders that have been processed and packed at time of
cancellation or deletion.

RETURNS AND ALLOWANCES
• Please report all shipping and packing errors within 48 hours to customer service.
• All returns must be authorized by Meade Distributing.
• Returned merchandise subject to a 15% restocking charge.
• Overstocks returned for credit must be in re-saleable condition (i.e., no price labels, marking or other
damage.)
• Freight charges for overstock returns are the responsibility of the customer.
WARRANTY
• The manufacturer’s warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties
of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other representations or obligations,
including liability for indirect, punitive incidental or consequential damages. This limitation of warranty
and liability supersedes all prior representations or warranties of any kind.
